GREETINGS BELOVEDS, GREETINGS BELOVED CHANNEL, GREETINGS BELOVED JOEL:

We are the Two Marys entwined in this frequency for the purpose of supporting you and all of humanity in their Ascension Process.

It is with great joy and divine order that we speak to you today and continue to develop you in the process of true spiritual detachment and true surrender. Both of you have certainly been witnessing in the crucible, in the classroom, of life that letting go and being detached are truly the only ways to be. And you are discovering the parts of you that are like small children kicking and screaming, saying, “No, I don’t want to go to bed now. No, I don’t want to take my bath. No, I don’t want to surrender. No, I still want to be right. No, I don’t want to allow.”

That is how development works, exactly. It doesn’t work easily and without mess. In fact, developmental growth is quite messy. At times it will be completely messy in side of you and at times it will be messy outside of you. At times you will be with people in the messiness. At times you will be just with your ego in the messiness.

This is how you go home. You go home by moving through the messiness. You get back to the garden by embracing the downside or the messiness, the sloppiness, the inconsiderateness that you sponsor for yourself. The trespassing that you engage in.

So true surrender means including all of that and saying, yes, I did that. Yes, I thought that. Yes, I forgive myself and I am moving back into the true surrender, back to home, back to the garden, back to where divine love prevails.

Thank goodness, you both are seeing how ghastly being out of the garden really is. How completely horrific being in the illusion really is. You both have noticed in this discussion, prior to our entry, and in your own personal observations apart from each other, that there is, indeed, a great intensification of what you might call the horror, the extreme displacement of peoples, the weather patterns, governments being overthrown, threats of nuclear annihilation increasing. So there is a pressure cooker on the surface of your planet that is making it more and more appropriate for people to detach from that, detach from the illusion of that, to stop being seduced by that and to remain resolute that there is something far greater than that that surrendering gives yield to.

So as it is in the summer of 2013, as you both progress in your journey to Ascension, it is very clear that everything is changing, everything is dynamic, everything is up for grabs, from your economy to your personal relationships, to business, to every aspects of your lives in fact. The best part about this is you’re both waking up with the recognition that it is folly to take anything for granted besides divine love.

So it is a timely opportunity for us, not really to teach you, as much as to put punctuation marks and exclamation points around what you have been discussing and affirming, yes, it is about keeping those blinders on. It is about putting blinders on so much so that other people will tell you, wow, you sure are acting peaceful even though all hell is breaking loose. Wow, you sure seem serene when everything has been turned upside down.

We have said this before, but it was a great deal of time ago, that it is the people like you who will be sought out as things continue to be intense and as systems continue to break down. And as people start to wake up to how much wreckage in the third dimension is actually happening.

So it is timely, beloveds that we are gathering here today. It is timely that we sit the day after your country’s celebration of its independence and discuss with you your independence from the illusion. That is the game at hand, to stay independent from the illusion. Asked for a response.

J: First of all, how great to be with you again. I know Jessie feels the same way. Thank you for putting so many things into perspective. We had a radio interview yesterday with Michael and he talked about freedom and it’s the same theme along with the larger theme of what our country was meant to allow. You said it exactly, stay independent of the illusion.

M: Indeed, and, therefore, becoming more and more astute in your own being about what is and what isn’t real. For there is so much seduction right now into the illusion. If you turn on your radios, television, the popular press, if you look, it is everywhere. The illusion is at a frenzied pitch because that is how transformation occurs. Transformation occurs when chaos has become so great, it is much like the atomic principle that when electrons start spinning faster and faster then they jump to a new orbit around a new atom.

And so it is that you are becoming those electrons. You’re becoming able to orbit the illusion and not be of it. But move faster and faster with your spiritual growth so that ultimately you can jump to an entire other existence.

J: I’m looking at both the macro and the micro. The first information I was received from Gabriel was the illusion of freedom that we were living in, that we were oblivious to the level of control we lived within. From the beginning he said that there would be revelations and transparency to help us see that, in fact, the free societies that we thought we had were an illusion. Of course, now we’re seeing that everywhere. Turn on the radio we hear about this fellow Snowden who revealed how our phone conversations are being monitored by our government and the post office is photographing every piece of mail we send. All of a sudden it’s being revealed what a Big Brother controlled environment we truly are living in. Suddenly we can see it instantly. The context is that the illusion is there suddenly for everyone to see.

M: Indeed, and becoming more obvious each and every day. There will be giant transformations in the next 12-18 months in this particular regard which is people will start becoming aware that absent community, absent groups of healthy, positive individuals bonding together with the same intention, absent that connectivity, the lines of force are too great to keep detaching from because they’re invisible. They’re in your fields, they’re in your home, they’re everywhere.

Therefore, it becomes a matter of creating collective community. It becomes a matter of all of your Internet opportunities merging and coming together more and more powerfully because as the resonance of the heart gets magnified, the lines of force can’t function. They are no longer effective. And that is why it is at a fevered pitch. It’s almost like a race. In simple human terms, a race between how much intensification can humanity on the surface of the planet handle before either complete annihilation occurs or illumination occurs. And, of course, it is all in divine order. The planet will not allow complete annihilation, although Gaia is not responsible for humanity. Humanity is responsible for humanity.

Continue to reach out, beloveds. Continue to find ways of connecting with others who truly resonate, and, remember, it’s the breath work on your own that keeps your brain disengaging from the particular brain wave length that the powers that be are manipulating. Let us repeat that for it is essential. The powers that be are manipulating in very particular brain wave lengths and utilizing a very particular gland called the hypothalamus.

The more you and your communities develop your pineal gland and develop the brain wave length called gamma, it is as if those powers that are coming at you simply have no effect whatsoever. No effect whatsoever. That is the key. That is the domain that you are learning how to belong to. It is a belonging. It is a true belonging. Training and developing yourself on every level, physical, emotional, mental and, of course, spiritual to belong to this brain awareness, this awakened state of your brain where your pineal is activated and your (spots?) themselves are connected to the God head.

This is how we survived on the planet. This is how we perpetuated the mission. This is how Christ ascended.  It was through the power of the gamma brain. This is a revolution whose time has come. And you will find people standing and saying they are for Ascension but they are not able to integrate the powerful, creative brain into their bodies. And you are going to witness many great spiritual people falling down and literally not being able to get up as what happened with beloved Robert. He literally was not able to bring the two worlds together.

What two worlds are these? When you are in the gamma, when you are in that heightened state, when this channel has removed her personality and is allowing free flow from us to her, it requires physical maintenance. It requires being in the body and taking care of it. And for those who understand that, they will practice the breath. They will practice their Yoga. They will practice their chanting.

They will sing out loud and they will be integrating the gamma brain wave length into their physical body. And for that, and that reason alone, we keep stressing that is how light body activation occurs.

We need to dispel this unconscious mythology that light body activation occurs as if some tinker bell from the fifth dimension on your crown chakra with her magic wand and says, “There you go. Now you are fully activated.” That is absolutely an illusion. It is a fantasy. It us up to each individual to practice the practices that continue to make them more intelligent.

What do we mean by that in a practical way? Well, as you beloveds are learning, it means not entering the muck and the mire of the messiness of your developmental process. It means seeing it, calling it for what it is, and breathing through it. Using a practice versus acting it out. The impulse through the adrenaline, through the activation of the adrenal glands will be to act out the distress, the discord, to act out the illusion that says, I am separate from you, and you are separate from me. Therefore, I act out the despair of that separation.

There is nothing wrong with occasionally feeling despair. Everyone does on the human level. We certainly did when we were on the surface. The despair is an indicator that it is time for a tune up. The despair is an indicator that its time to re-enter the chamber of the heart more fully. The despair is like a mother’s hand taking the child away from the hot fire and saying, No, don’t touch that. The despair is the marker. It is the road sign to be recognized.

The anguish, the sadness, the loneliness, those are all the milestones and the markers that tell you it is time to re-enter the chamber of my heart. And the more you acknowledge this and see this for the power it has, the more joy you will actually bring to the process. And believe us without much time going by on your human existence, you will both be laughing and exclaiming, I never knew it could be this simple or knew it could change this quickly.

And you see it already when you practice your practices. It’s not about practicing your practices because it is a daily routine. It is about practicing your practices so much that the minute you see yourself moving into the illusion, the desire to practice exists. The desire to go home exists. The desire to return to your garden, to your ecstatic union, kicks in. That is the gamma brain in action. The gamma brain always intelligently always operates for the best and highest outcome. That is the promise of the increased intelligence of the brain.

So it is a very interesting time for humanity because even how science looks at genetics is changing so vastly. Beloveds, ten years ago genes dictated everything. Now you are having brilliant scientists stand up and say, the genes dictate a little suggestion, and the environment and the socialization dictate the actual outcome. And they have done the experiments over and over and over.

So why are we telling you this? It is not your genetics that dictate when you die. It is your internal environment and your external environment. It is the quality of love that you have and the quality of love that you give. And it is the ability to disengage from the illusion and return to love that keeps you a perpetual living entity. And it is the lack of love and the operating into the illusion that creates the inevitable outcome from that illusion called death.

So it is paramount, beloveds, that you start to see that you are not only pioneers, you are the early part of a tipping point that tips humanity from a rigid belief that you’re born with these genes; therefore, you become a criminal or you become a saint. Humanity is starting to see, No, we must all take responsibility for all of this. You can be born with genes and never express them if the nurturing is correct. You can be born without the gene and through abuse in childhood develop behaviors as if you were born with the genes.

So it’s a fascinating time, and, remember this, you are in the early part of the tipping point. You are the ones standing up and saying, I’m going to learn how to take complete responsibility for myself. I’m going to learn how to be connected in a way where even when they are incomplete and signed up for the illusion, I am detached and loving and smiling and nodding and saying, yes, there it is, the illusion. I am grateful that I see it, and I’m grateful that I used to live there and I’m grateful that I know how to stay in divine love. Does this resonate, beloveds?

J: OMG I wish that everybody on Earth could hear this lecture. You’re always brilliant but sometimes you exceed yourselves. I think this one is a stellar one with 100 stars.

M: Indeed for it is time and it has been awhile since we’ve been able to give you a very important download such as this one. So when you put yourself into a group, beloved Joel, just remember this in the background. The group is, of course, to support yourselves and each other in the Ascension Process. The group is, of course, to make sure that there is more than enough encouragement when the going gets rough. And that is how humans have always transformed themselves. In close knit groups, not by themselves.

Transformation ultimately happens in an instant within yourself, of course. But all the preparations for it happens through intense training and development with others.

J: I read from Life Mastery Michael’s statement advising us to come together in community. You can’t do it alone. We’ve tried to do it in Ft. Lauderdale and Doug, Mary Liz and perhaps Omar and I are trying to do it in New York.

M: Indeed, and because of the purity in your hearts, it will unfold. It may not be exactly how you picture it. It will unfold. There is great purity in the hearts of the three of you. And there’ll be others who come and belong and resonate that add wonderful energy and insight and sensitivity. The three of you are quite sensitive spiritually. You each have your particular gifts and talents spiritually. But the enjoining of the three as a triad will be a wonderful structural foundation for more to come.

Remember, it is really about that safe, sacred space to come together and to belong to higher-level conversations. That is the purpose. It doesn’t have to mean more than that. It can be just that and that is enough. When you start to participate that’s when the unexpected unfoldments show up.  That’s when things happen through serendipity or through magic or however you want to discuss it. However, we advise you to understand that when things happen through serendipity, when things happen through magic, it is actually your brain wave lengths connecting out there and pulling those things to you.

J: That’s an important thing to understand because that is such a valuable part of how we employ the tools that you keep putting in front of us.

M: The tools are really designed to free up the body and create more life force energy and to get the brain calibrated in its master position, which is, of course, in complete union with the heart. People are so accustomed, including the two of you, to thinking that the mind is anything. The mind that you recognize is your mind that produces thought. That is going to become a bit of a stranger down the road as part of your mind illuminates, activates and literally lights up that has the master thoughts and the master connections and the master creation abilities.

This is a process. You both are well underway and, indeed, we are going to recommend that as you sit in your group with beloved Mary Liz and beloved friends that you truly exercise some of these practices and let the triad of those gamma brains precipitate the conversations to unfold.

J: I’ve been reading some of the teachings of Satchidananda and the parallels between what he teaches and what you’ve taught us are pretty striking.

M: Indeed, and as we said to you very early in our discourses, there would be nothing that we taught that would not be a perennial spiritual philosophy, that would be grounded so completely in what is true that would, of course, find other collaborations, that nothing we are bringing through is actually new. Perhaps we are voicing it in some ways that are new. But the truth of it and the substantial fact of it are going to be the very things that the masters before Jesus taught on the planet, that have been taught forever on the planet, that were the original teachings of the original civilizations. They are, of course, from the fully activated brain, fully activated crown chakra that activates the light body that creates humans living for hundreds and hundreds of years that create immaculate conceptions that create immortality.

So, it is an exciting time for you as humans to be alive. Part of the challenge is appreciating that you are early in the tipping point and understanding that for you the glory is partly already here because you’re so well on the path. And part of the glory comes by simply staying in the practice. Your destination is guaranteed, beloveds.

J: Our beloved Jessie is going to be married tomorrow. Whenever I bring up anything about Jessie, you usually avoid commenting. I don’t know to what degree you want to direct any comments to Jessie or to States.

M: We will direct to Jessie at this time, and of course she is happy to pass this along to her beloved States, that this is definitely a culmination of several lifetimes of endeavor and work for the two of them. They have been together in other lifetimes. They are somewhat aware of those other lifetimes and this is truly a culmination and a soul mate lifetime for them. Everything about their make up, all the way downs to their astrology, says, this is it, this is the one. And, of course, what is fascinating for the two of them is there are elements in their life right now that are not what they would have signed up for or what they would have chosen for this celebratory time. On the other hand their love is so deep they understand that.

Jessie is truly learning how to be a surrendered woman. Jessie is surrendering. We want to acknowledge her for that. We wish to tell her to keep going, to not give up, to not slow down. To understand that even when she’s sad, even when she’s scared, that there are appropriate practices for her. And it is perfectly fine to turn to her beloved and say, I’m feeling sad or I’m feeling scared. On the other hand, isn’t that the illusion?

J: There’s nothing that you said that I couldn’t relate to fully.

M: Indeed, indeed. So it is a very luminous time and a very challenging time for beloved Jessie. She can see on the one hand the illumination, the divine order, the spiritual support, the community support which has been enormous, ever since her people have learned about the cancer, have learned about States. The outpouring has been enormous. The main thing we offer to Jessie is to remember you have a safe place in the heart of your hearts where you can rest. And yes, your life is busy right now, and there’s lots going on. But continue to do what you’ve been doing. Continue at times to retreat into solitude. Go into your heart. Contemplate the majesty of your divine connection and let everything else just be.

There is no need to hurry through a to do list. It will all be there. And, yes, there are a lot of people still depending on you for health advice, and yes you have a fully booked schedule, and yes you’ve had to reschedule all these plans you’ve made with your beloved. Yet, we acknowledge that you can see how important it is in your spiritual development to be more flexible than ever, to quickly move through your disappointment and get to the joy, to quickly let go of the sadness and get to the love. And, yes, there will be more rescheduling, even beyond this, beloved Jessie. So just stay in that place of embracing the unknown. For what you truly know always lights you up.

J: You used two words that are very much in my thoughts as you’re speaking, and those are detached and surrender. I’ve heard those words countless times, of course.

Somehow they took on greater force and meaning for me as we discussed these different subjects today.

M: Indeed, for now, for both of you, it is actually a time of great surrender. The resonance is quite apparent and that is why the discussion is ringing so well for you both because this is a great time of surrender and if you look astrologically at the month ahead, there are huge elements for expansion and for miracles and magic. 

So the surrendering part is more like you doing your homework for the greatness that is coming.

J: That is good and rewarding to be thinking about. I’m reluctant to drag us down into the minutia of 3D consciousness but give me a little of that space here. I somehow have managed to hold assets that have experienced the greatest losses in the markets, gold. It’s the only investment I have outside of cash. The very thing I was hoping to avoid, I have experienced. Gabriel told me almost two years ago to buy gold because of all the economic chaos that was coming. Economic chaos in fact may still be coming You said earlier this year that after May the potential risk would increase for catastrophic losses. Could you give me a little perspective on all this and how I can protect my assets and the assets of those whom I love?

M: Indeed. There is going to be, as you’re seeing, great upheaval, primarily with the world’s stock markets. There are huge underpinnings that are shifting, different countries not wanting to honor the U.S. dollar, lots of revelations about the shakiness of the U.S. economically and on every other level. The places that will take the giant losses will be in the stock market. Owning gold is still a good idea. There are very few things when the dust settles that are going to be worthwhile. One of them is water and the other will be gold. Without water humans can’t survive. Without some kind of currency that is universal, besides water and food, one will not be able to trade for water and food and that will be gold.

So our main concern is that people have access to the gold when the time comes. That is our main concern that the access to gold be tangible. There will be a time for you to have your gold actually in your hands. That time is not quite yet, but that time will happen. (Coins and bars) will be the currency, the physicality of it, not the paper of it. The paper is not that different from the U.S. dollar. How can you trade a piece of paper for a gallon of water? Asked about Jimmy, my nephew. Indeed, very much so. That is a very big yes. You still have time. The indicators are looking more towards the fall. It will get very, very shaky over the summer. Then things will rally and everyone will think everything’s going to be fine again. By the fall, that will be the time when people who are intelligent enough to read the signs, to physically gather their gold.

J: Asked about Snowden who has exposed the illusion and the spying of the US on its own citizens.

M: This man is a modern day hero. This is a man who understands that he may die for the simple truth of telling the truth. He did not enter into this lightly. This is a karmic agreement he has to make a huge significant contribution to helping people wake up from the illusion. That is his job in this lifetime. He has done a masterful beginning. It is not over. There is more to come, and he will be persecuted. Ultimately he will be recognized as one of the leading heroes in revealing to the world how corrupt things have become.

J: He is a representative, I would say, of the youth who will be stepping forward. It seems to be the young who have the courage to really stand up and say NO.

M: Indeed, and it is because of the young—and remember when Jesus stood up and said no, he was young. It is because the young see through the illusion, and they ask themselves, is this how I want to live my life for the rest of my life? Do I want to be someone who ultimately is lying to myself and swallowing that down on a daily basis just so I can fit in and blend in and get along with others? That is the beautiful thing about youth. And it starts in adolescence and it can continue way into adulthood.

Obviously, this channel never really outgrew her teenage rebellion in that her career flies in the face of what’s normal or even legal or socially acceptable for the times that she is in. So there will be others like him because he has stepped up that will decide to take their life in their hands and share their truth. So you’re going to see many, many other disclosures like this that will be shocking to a lot of people. Not so much for you and this channel and many of the readers out there for they already understand the intense corruption. They already understand how many covert operations the United States is involved in and other countries. They understand that underneath it all there is no value to our currency.

So it’s going to be exciting. There’ll be many, many, many legends created out of the times that you’re in. He will be a legend and he is only the first of many to come that say, enough. I will not live a lie. I will not go down at the end of my life knowing I have fit in. I didn’t try to help. I didn’t try to make a difference for people.

J: These are the kinds of issues that rally strong feelings in people that will pull people together, including the Way showers and Lightworkers because we care intensely about how all of this is affecting our lives and our ability to express our individuality and our personal freedom.

M: Indeed, and many, many, many are waking up to it. The waking up that is going on right now is unprecedented and, of course, was predicted. That after 2012 there would be this massive and very quick heightening of people waking up while all the systems that were the old were being exposed, were crumbling and were decaying much like the fall of Rome. It is important to recognize that when someone does what this young man did, it is one of many, many things happening synchronistic ally to break through the illusion.

J: I am very clear that this is a good deal of what my life mission is really about. To draw on divine information and revelation to explain to people and to rally them to what the truth is.

M: Indeed, rallying people to the truth is a very old theme for you. It was actually what kept you following Jesus at that time. You wanted to get every word down so it could be replicated so you could rally people with the truth.

J: I read to Jessie that beautiful quotation from that little talk you gave to our book discussion group down in Lauderdale about starting again and again and again. And I was telling Jessie how tired I felt about all the beginnings. I have to tell you I’m feeling re-stimulated, reborn, re-motivated. I want to thank you for helping to re-energizing me because I was feeling pretty depleted.

M: Indeed, and that is a normal thing. There are a lot of cycles, of course, for humans and all of life, those highs and those lows, And what you’re going to remember is that actually it wasn’t just the Two Marys coming through with an exhilarating conversation. It’s also the joining of minds and doing your special breathing exercise to create that space in the brain for your own aliveness and your own intelligence to participate. Remember, that and practice that particular breath often. It is a distinction and it is definitely one that you will need because it keeps the body revitalizing. The sacred G breath is most magnificent for activating the pineal and helping one feel connected spiritually.

The easy G breath is about bringing the body/mind together and being in the body. So the human aspect, feeling tired, feeling drained, feeling that something is off in your life, those will be integrated more quickly through the easy G breath.

J: Asked about use of the pendulum as a crutch or if it is a valuable resource to check in with the higher self? Do you have any counsel about what role the pendulum can play in seeking guidance?

M: In the Ascension Process we mostly develop our innate gifts on the inside, the ability to discern through your mind into your heart, from the heart to the mouth, and those are invisible type processes. There is nothing wrong when you feel completely emptied out and still connected in your heart, still connected spiritually. There is nothing wrong with checking with the pendulum simply because your answer hasn’t come yet.

However, here are some cautions. If it’s an important decision and you are “worked up” about it, that is not an appropriate time to use a pendulum, a divining rod, or any of those types of instruments because your own psychological distortions in your brain and the wavelengths that create, will bring distortion to your tool. So the time to use the pendulum is when you’re calm, when you’re clear, when you’re in your gamma brain and you’ve posed to yourself the question and you’re in gamma and you’re not getting clarity. That is a great time to use the pendulum.

But most people forget this and they use the pendulum when they’re already in distortion. Then mischief occurs and you get these very conflicted answers and then you stay in even more distortion.

J: I’m in a very sorting out process right now. I began the Gabriel project ten years ago. It’s a little sad and melancholy for me that right at the end of the ten-year period Robert exited. I miss his spiritual wisdom to be with and make plans with. The last decade produced an enormous growth in my spiritual consciousness, three books under my belt and countless experiences. Now I’m asking, what is the next ten years going be? Of course I want to create that, to create it consciously and make the next ten years as productive as I can, especially in terms of what you talked about today, being part of this tipping point experience for mankind. So that is sort of where I am now in a sorting out period. Mentioned I don’t want to get involved in a processing relationship with anyone. Just talking out loud to see what kind of a response I get from you about all this.

M: Of course, you are going to be cautious, you’re going to go with what resonates, and the thing that you have developed most is your ability to say, wait a second, this doesn’t resonate. And what a completely powerful gift. Yes, wait till things resonate. Wait till it is obvious to you, it’s a green light. Everything in you is saying, yes. And other than that it is perfectly appropriate to say, well, no, that doesn’t resonate.

J: Yes, how simple.

M: Indeed, indeed, very simple. And this conversation has many, many levels and we’re going to recommend for both you and this channel this is one that you want to keep present. When you print it out put it in laminated sheet protectors and keep it front and center for the next several months. It will definitely keep giving you the reinforcement you require.

J: I so know the truth of what you just said.

M: Indeed, beloved Joel and it is our greatest blessing to witness the love that you both have for yourselves, the love that you have for each other, the love you have for your spiritual mission. It is most resonant and it is most definitely a divine blessing for us on this dimension to give to that and to give love to that and to give support to that. So we thank you for inviting us here today.

J: Thank you and I don’t have to explain what a huge loving resource you are to the both of us and we’re both so grateful.

M: Indeed, love is the most important thing, and with that in mind, be in peace beloveds.
