TWO MARYS INTRODUCTION

M: We are delighted that we are attuning with your presence this evening. We salute you. We are the TWO MARYS and we are here to give you guidance, love and support as you continue on your journey to your heart, through your heart, out into the world.

We have a brief message for you and then we will allow you to ask questions which we know you have.

It brings us great joy, opens the heart and throat chakras of this channel, to express this to you and to say we are proud that you have come this far in this lifetime and accomplished what you have in your work. We want you to know, because often it is overlooked or understated around you and to you, that you have made enormous progress.

We have been with you at many times throughout many incarnations. We want you to know we understand the sacrifices that you have been making, especially in the last seven to ten years of your time.

There are times when you are not sure and there are times when you know. We want you to delight in the times that you know and we acknowledge that those will be more forthcoming in the very near future. Your work has actually just begun in that you will continue to produce manuscripts and many, many writings. For you have been a scribe before, dear Joel.

You were a scribe at the time of Jesus. You walked alongside the TWO MARYS for a brief while. You have always been close to our energies. This lifetime your writings will serve thousands and eventually millions. For that is your destiny. The undertaking of your future work, the LIFE MASTERY--most essential for your lifetime, to do this work and teach this work and to train others to teach this work. For teaching and training others is what our beloved Jesus did, did he not?

He developed a team and he taught that team how to duplicate his messages. In the beginning they were simply repeating the message. Gradually, as it filtered through their ego state into their heart space, they became the message. They became wide open conduits for all of the love that there is, and that is your destiny Joel.

You have chosen well and you have chosen wisely and you have chosen to surround yourself with people who you call your soul family who will protect you. They will stand in front, to the side, and beside you as necessary to preserve your abilities to be free to be the scribe, to be the person with the writing, for your written words will heal many.

You are beginning to see, to sense this, and it is important for us, as the TWO MARYS to being it to your full attention, not because of some ego state for you to become pleased with--rather for you to become self-aware as the messenger who truly has the gift.

There will be many in your soul family with many gifts and you are beginning to see that. You will, and we want you to become comfortable with this, over time become the one that they will think of as the scribe, the one who must be writing, the one who they want to see what has he written now?

So it is with great blessing and benediction that we salute you and acknowledge you. We remind you that we have walked with you and will continue to walk with you and at times you can feel us holding you gently. We will walk arm and arm dear Joel. You will write for the masses. We salute you.

J: Thank you for that beautiful message. I have always felt close to you as you have said.  When I was in Medjugorje, I tried to communicate but I didn’t know how--were you aware of my presence there?

M: Yes, beloved Joel.

J: I was standing out there in this huge field under the dark star filled sky. I desperately was trying to communicate, but didn’t know how.

M: Dearest Joel, forever more pick up your pad and your pen when you desire to connect with us. You are the scribe. Simply write to us and allow the messages to come through your hand. For that is who you are and you will always be the scribe until you no longer require this physical body. So, yes, we will always be connected.

J: That’s what I have to do, won’t I.  I have to pick up my pad and pen and just trust that the messages will come through.

M: Joel, your greatest gift is automatic writing—you just have not acknowledged that. That is what you do. You think that you are working very hard and at times you are, although we wish to remind you of a simpler lifetime when you really did not have the intelligence and intellectual talent that you have now.  In that lifetime your only skill was that you could form letters on the scroll. That was your only talent. Much like a cobbler can hammer nails into the shoes. That is their talent.

So, remember that you automatically write. It is not something you have to “try”. It is something you have to give attention to, to simply allow it to come through your hand.

Many times for many of you and your type--because your gift is very distinct, you are an automatic writer--there is a challenge releasing the grip of the mind and allowing things to flow, so to speak though your arm and into your hand so you must learn to relax.  You must learn to let it flow. Write your question. Wait. Keep your hand upon the note pad. We will move it for you Joel.

J: Thank you. When I attempted to relax and do that, I didn’t trust where it was coming from. I didn’t know if I was making it up.

M: Indeed. So often this happens. Because we have walked with you before, we can recall times when we ourselves thought perhaps we were making something up when we stood in the energy of our beloved Jesus as he is called in your world and thought to ourselves, are we making this up? Are we possessed by a demon?

What is happening to us now? And of course we have expanded beyond that now and can look at that with great humor.

Indeed, you will still, at times, question. But there will be a far greater part of yourself that knows that you are simply surrendering to your gift and that it is a high channel that you occupy. You are a channel Joel. You simply do it differently than other channels that you are used to experiencing.

J: I’m aware that I attribute a lot of gifts to other people who are demonstrating it by the trance channels and semi trance channels that I am surrounded by and I just didn’t think that I was a channel.

M: Indeed, so as you sit in your classroom with your glorious students all around you and look at the rapture in their faces and see the connection in their hearts, perhaps you will start to recognize the channel that you are, again not to have an egotistic pleasure, but simply to see the truth of your being, to recognize that that is your greatest calling.

J: When I was extracting the teachings from Archangel Michael’s 120 days program to create what we’re calling THE PATH TO SELF MASTERY, it really flowed very easily and rapidly. That was the first experience that I had that I looked at it and thought, wow, what’s going on here? It’s flowing so easily. 

M: Indeed, that is your automatic writing. And that is your greatest gift. You will see as you work with refining a student workbook, refining the literature, that it simply comes through you with ease. You have been learning how to get out of the way and we acknowledge the great sacrifices you have made to learn this.

You must learn to master the fight or flight response. And there are several in your group who have not mastered this, have no aptitude with this and they literally confuse their fight or flight response with divine spiritual truth. Is this clear for you?

J: Yes, I’m quite aware of it. I’ve had that experience before and it is a challenge for me. The fight or flight.

M: Indeed. And so you have been learning in this very space that we occupy about using your breath as your beloved Gabriel taught through you in your beautiful writing that your breath is essential in becoming more ascended. You will need to utilize more breathing as a mechanism for staying in your opening. Do not--this is important for you Joel because you are a man of words…

Please listen carefully to this. Do not continue to speak of yourself as being challenged between your head and your heart. That is not the truth for you. The truth for you is you have challenges remaining in your opening. Is this not true for you? 

J: Challenges in my opening?

M: Remaining in your opening.

J: I’m not sure I understand.

M: When you are flowing, when the writing, when the work happens, comes through you with ease, in a flow, that is you in your opening.  And what you are starting to grapple with is there are times when you are in your opening and there are times when you are not. Therefore, our message to you is clear. You must practice staying in the opening. In order to stay in the opening it is not useful to discuss with others whether you are in your head or in your heart. That is not useful. What is useful is simply to discern. Am I in my opening? And use your physicality as a barometer.

I am tense. I feel that tightness in my gut. I shall breathe. I shall remain in my opening. Is this helpful?

J: Very.

M: Sometimes the words become enslavement. So we give you new words, new constructs, to balance yourself with.

J: Hmm. Did I know Jesus?

M: Indeed, as we have shared with you, you were a scribe who walked beside and literally with great craft and great flair carved the words into the scrolls that you carried very laboriously in a pack that slung over your shoulder and you sat for many, many hours with great dedication to carefully crafting on to the scroll everything that was said. And you were a brilliant craftsman. You developed with light speed making those words appear. And many around you marveled at your skill set but for you it was not about displaying your skills. It was about being sure the words were recorded. And these words, some have maintained themselves over time. You came from the tribe we call the Essenes and you were a great Essene scribe.

G: Wow. I had the same commitment to Gabriel’s words when I was trying to extract the wisdom sometimes for lots and lots and lots of words without altering or distorting what he was saying.

M: Indeed, it was familiar to you. You had done it before under a great inspiration as many of us were at that time. It is also worth mentioning that at many times your life was in danger because you recorded and put those into the scrolls. And you took a great risk and you did not have apprehension. You maintained it was your duty, your responsibility to make sure these words were recorded.

J: That’s exactly how I felt about some of the subjects that Gabriel and I covered. Some people thought, wow, that was pretty risky.

M: Indeed. It is natural for you. The difference in this lifetime you will not have to forfeit your 3rd dimension physicality for that commitment. You did forfeit that in that lifetime that we were all walking together with our Jesus. That was an unfortunate ending to a great life.

J: Do you have any wisdom or counsel concerning promoting the Gabriel book? I keep thinking I have to do something I haven’t done.

M: Indeed, and it is very clear that now that you have taught from the book and engaged and engaged many, many students from the book, your next step actually is to create a small piece of literature about the book the includes comments from your students giving testimony as it were to the information in the book and how it has assisted them in their transformation process. The words of others praising the work will carry this work far.

J: Where would I use their testimony?

M: We recommend, if you choose, a small piece of literature. It folds itself and it has a photograph that mirrors the cover of your book. And it is a piece that you can mail and hand to others understand the power of what is within the book. For it is the power within the book that your heart desires to share, is it not? So you have the ability within the various members of your soul family and the expertise you already have within yourself, to create such a piece. It is piece that in a way will develop wings. It can also be sent through your Internet that promotes in advance of the book’s arrival.

This will go to many different facilities, to other types of mastery schools and institutes who would wish to not only carry the book but to engage discussion groups.

J: So you’re talking about something like a promotional flier?

M: Indeed, with wings it shall have.

J: I have been envisioning the book flying around the world. I have been envisioning the book having wings.

M: Indeed. So first you develop a miniature book, a small portion. And let the words of others create the power that gives it wings. It is very important that you allow the students to give testimony of this work and how it is impacting their lives.

J: I really resonate with that.  I just want to make this observation. As you know I have spent a lot of time with the Archangelic realm. And the whole energy and just the sweetness of the connection with you is so different from my connection with Archangels Gabriel and Michael and Uriel.

M: Indeed. Beloved Joel. We are here to effect the change. We have been waiting for your readiness. For there has been that same sweetness in you and that sweetness attracts and creates and magnifies. The co-resonance of this so-called sweetness is the transformational space. It is the essential creative still point.

J: You said I would be doing many writings. Is there anything you would say to direct my attention in a certain direction or to increase my awareness of certain subject areas? 

M: You already have the parameters for the next major vehicle that you will be servicing humankind with and that is your LIFE MASTERY PROGRAM. That program is most likely the most powerful work.  It will produce from itself quite naturally forms of video, forms of Internet, forms of classrooms, that you are just beginning to imagine in your creative part.

LIFE MASTERY

So we recommend that you allow this LIFE MASTERY PROGRAM to be taught as quickly as possible. Do not feel that you have to be completely ready. It isn’t that way for you, Joel because you know when you are in the opening because of that sweetness and that deep commitment to service others. Just begin to teach the course. Allow it to flow through you. Allow your students their full engagement. And you will witness others coming to you asking how they can help get this out on to the video and in to the Internet. You will have helpers.

So our main recommendation is get the LIFE MASTERY PROGRAM born into humanity.  

J: I like the sound of that.

M: It has already happened that way for you, Joel. It happened in the lifetime where you walked with Jesus. You did not stumble around in the dark banging your head against the walls asking, what do I do, what do I do?  You were simply walking down a street and saw a small gathering and saw your beloved Jesus speaking and you absolutely had to write it down. It just happened. Again, if you look at how your students gathered before you over the last several months in your book discussion group, it just happened.

So we remind you, you are at your greatest when you allow things to just happen.

J: Thank you. How can I keep in contact with you?

M: Indeed, we have given you your greatest clue. We have said, spend your time with your pen and your pad. You see, we can be everywhere all at the same time. It is our greatest delight. We delight in our ability to work with many at once. And so no one individual has a monopoly on the TWO MARYS. You have great access and great joy. You can take a few minutes every day. Indeed, begin and end your day with a few short notes. Allow us to be there. Let it happen.

J: You refer to yourselves as the TWO MARYS. I’m assuming it is Mother Mary and the woman we know as Mary Magdalene? Are they one and the same or separate?

M: They are individual energy fields that have chosen to blend as one for the continuum of the great feminine balancing, the great cosmic event we have all been waiting for. This is now our next step in evolution.

For humanity requires all of the TWO MARYS energies coming together. The density and the sensitivity and the wounding of the heart space is such that we appear in the middle and all around the Christ Consciousness.

For Joel, there has been so much wounding in relationship to simply being in the ‘Christ Consciousness’, has there not? So much tragedy from the days we walked with Him to this very moment. So it is our greatest evolutionary endeavor to, as you might imagine--and it is not quite surrounding because it is not accurate in our dimension, but shall we say to blend ourselves, so that people, especially people who are intuitively seeking, can feel the safety and feel the sweetness that you identified. For the safety and the sweetness give birth to the ‘Christ Consciousness’, not the other way around.

J: The balancing of the masculine and feminine energies comes up so much in our work and both Archangels Gabriel and Michael have referred to it. Could you make a statement about what is happening with that?

M: Indeed, and it is similar to what we were just saying. The Archangelic realm has complete awareness of what must happen though necessity and lawfully for the next evolutionary step to happen. They know and they speak truthfully about this balancing. However, and this is a distinction that is important, the TWO MARYS energies are here to cause the shift. Not to announce the shift, not to coach people on how to be ready for this shift.  Not to heal people so they can shift. Indeed to cause the shift, for we caused the ‘Christ Consciousness’ to (emerge?).

J: I’m not quite sure what you mean? How do you cause the shift?

M: We cause the shift by creating the safety of true surrender. It is through the safety of true surrender that Ascension occurs.

J: You know that the year 2012 is being discussed and depicted in so many ways from the Mayan Calendar, the 26,000 year cycle, and so many expectations are being raised about it in terms of the Ascension process, what you might say about that.

M: It shall be a very subtle turning point. It will be a very unsubtle prior to that point. That is what you are observing currently. It is not so subtle right now. And much like the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 was very subtle and very powerful. You will experience great lack of subtlety and enormous chaos leading up to that point in time at which point things will become very subtle.

There will be a great shift. People will naturally become more indwelling, naturally become more intuitive because prior to this shift it was all energy out. Now it will become energy in. So you are seeing great upheavement all the way down to your very Gaia organism preparing to bring that change of energy out to energy in. For it is from the inward dwelling energy that we truly cause creation.

J: I would guess that will bring about widespread fear so the messages we would be working with would have quite an eager audience.

M: Indeed and that is why the TWO MARYS have blended because we recognize the extreme levels of fear, literally hysteria, will only be calmed by the sweet safety of the divine mothers combining their energy fields.

J: Now I’m going to ask a worldly question. Does it make any sense for me to sell all of my securities? My work is expensive to produce and publish. I’m going to need resources. I’m sure that the divine would supply them, but should I protect the resources I have to insulate myself from some of the chaos?

M: Indeed. Indeed. Absolutely. It is one of your lessons in this lifetime--to truly be not of this world but in it. You see, you gave yourself fully in that lifetime when you walked with your beloved Jesus and took down many of his lessons. You gave it all away. You left your family. You were thought to be insane. And indeed when the Roman soldiers took you, they laughed at your insanity. And out of that experienced you then incarnated many times where you really did not have very much of anything. And you sacrificed an enormous amount over many lifetimes to come here to where you are.

So indeed it makes sense. It not only makes sense, it is just to not put your security in a system that will be imploding. It will be much like the fall of Rome. Therefore, you do have every justifiable reason to cautiously and carefully protect what you have developed for yourself. And it is not out of fear that you will take these actions. But out of a deep certainty that protection and honor of yourself first and foremost part of who you are and why you are here.

We do advise that you partake in the lessons that you spoke of at dinner where you learn to communicate with your spirit guides. For they will be infallible in assisting you with discerning with what resonates.

J: Thank you.

                                      It takes a woman all powdered and pink

                                      To shine a bright light on political stink.

Apologies to my friend Jerry Herman for taking rather crude liberties with his wonderful lyrics from his blockbuster musical comedy, Hello Dolly!

Obviously, I’m no lyricist, but I couldn’t resist. For I am amazed at how spiritual prophecies about emerging transparency and the unmasking of corruption in political, financial, government and other systems seem to be manifesting everywhere. Not to mention spiritual predictions that a great balancing of the feminine energies with the masculine energies is unfolding which will loosen masculine control over the affairs of mankind in our world—healing separation with unity and conflict with cooperation.

One recent example occurred Saturday on MSNBC when I heard the female mayor of my home town of Hoboken, New Jersey, Dawn Zimmer, drop a bombshell when she told the disturbing story of how she was warned by a New Jersey state official that funds to bolster Hoboken’s defenses against another storm like hurricane Sandy were being blocked because Zimmer would not approve a major development project favored by New Jersey Governor Christie and his powerful developer friends.

Some eighty percent of Hoboken was flooded after hurricane Sandy in 2012, leaving residents without power, heat or water for over a week.  Since rail connections with New York were severed, I had to wait three days before ferry service to Manhattan resumed, which allowed me to take my un-showered body and a suitcase of half frozen food to shelter with friends in Manhattan.

Zimmer’s testimony comes on the heels of a growing scandal about the Christie administration allegedly creating huge traffic jams at the George Washington Bridge by closing traffic lanes as political payback to the Democratic mayor of Ft. Lee, NJ who would not endorse Christie in his re-election campaign for governor.

Another example of the constructive, healing influence of the female energy occurred recently in the U.S. Congress where female members got together and through “compromise”—a word many macho male members of Congress don’t seem to understand—worked out a congressional budget plan which is winning approval in Congress. It’s reported that these congresswomen have been engaging in the unthinkable—they’ve been having lunch and dinner together! Something the male congressmen of opposite parties consider verboten.

Archangel Gabriel told me when I was preparing my book, The Second Coming, Archangel Gabriel Proclaims a New Age, that high vibration energies were coming into the Earth plane to raise mankind’s consciousness and help us move into a new age of love and unity. He said the feminine energies would play a critical role in that unifying process.

Since then messages from the Archangel Michael, published on our Angel News Network Website, and statements by the Two Marys—Mary, the mother of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, Jesus’ twin flame—in my book, The Ascension Handbook, written with channel Jessie Keener, have confirmed the vital role the feminine is and will be playing in mankind’s spiritual transformation.

Of course, the feminine and masculine energies are not so much about sexuality as they are about states of being. We all have feminine and masculine qualities, and we each can choose to consciously develop and use them in our lives. The masculine is a directional force, taking charge and moving forward.  The feminine tends to be about process, considering all options and making sure everyone has a chance to be heard.

Carried too far the masculine can run roughshod over others, excluding them from the decision making process, often using fear to impose their will. Carried too far, the feminine can stay stuck, mulling over options, never making a decision. Clearly we can see how important it is to have a healthy balance of the masculine and feminine in the affairs of mankind. In fact, a consistent teaching from the spiritual realms is that until there is a balance of the masculine and feminine—loving process combined with wise action—mankind’s ascension, our coming together as one, will not happen.

I designed and conducted management development programs at all levels of corporate America for several decades. The best managers created open working environments where workers had an opportunity to process and share their opinions and participate in the decision making process. This creates healthy, motivating environments in which employees contribute the full measure of their gifts and talents which significantly contributes to the organization’s success. In contrast, controlling managers who impose their will and manage by fear tend to alienate the best talent and generally produce mediocrity and often failure.

Of course, it may not take a woman to bring a healthy balance to the affairs of mankind. But it will take a healthy balance of caring, inclusive feminine energy—whether it comes from a man or woman—together with an appropriate blend of masculine energy to heal the conditions that separate us and bring about the unity of mankind.

So, bravo, Mayor Dawn Zimmer and American congresswomen. You are in the vanguard of the feminine energy that is transforming mankind on Earth. You are demonstrating the fundamental difference between force, which the Two Marys say is from man, and power, which the Two Marys say comes from God.

It can’t come too soon.

DISCOURSE NINE

PRACTICE MASTERING DISCOMFORT

A dialogue between Joel and the Two Marys

 J: I’m feeling as though I should apologize to you. I know you don’t need an apology. But I’m very aware that I need to spend more time with these teachings. A lot of what was showing up for me this week reflected the need to apply these teachings. I’m clear that I need to study them more and apply them.

M: Indeed. You have explained it perfectly. There is no need, of course, for any apology to anyone but yourself. For when you review the last dialogue, you see what you have done for yourself. You have created that trespassing that we discussed, and then you found yourself in the mess. You were awake and aware enough to say, “OK, I’m in the mess.” That is preferable to being oblivious and in denial. It is more enlightened to wake up and acknowledge to yourself, “OK, I am in the mess.”

So, indeed, that is the process. As you are learning, the process can be easier and go more quickly when one is engaging with others and aware that every unfoldment, every circumstance, every interaction is grist for the mill of the teaching.

We applaud you for choosing that insight, for you have chosen to end your relationship with duality by choosing to be in the insight versus in victimhood. You are choosing to enter into love, into self-love, into your growth, into the resonance of your spirituality, into your spiritual mission.

And indeed, what is that mission? That mission will always be about expanding into more. By choosing to be awake enough to notice that you are getting messy, you demonstrate you have chosen expansion, Ascension, awakening or whatever you choose to call it.

And beloved Joel, beloved students, this is the springboard for the topic for this discourse. For it is time to truly discuss the student’s relationship with comfort at a whole other level. The discussion of comfort zones has been utilized before. Each student recognizes his own relationship with discomfort and comfort zones.

Here is the rub.  Each student has an unconscious aspect of their mind that repels them from pushing the boundaries of their comfort zones. So the only way for the student to progress is to practice the art of integrating discomfort. Expanding consciousness involves growth, and growth creates discomfort.

In the previous discourse, we mentioned that when the student trespasses, when the student wakes up to the fact that what they have been up to is not congruent with Ascension, it is very uncomfortable to discover that they are in the mess. This starts a whole other level of trespassing—shaming and judging themselves for being in the mess.

The only way to stay rational in the face of great discomfort is to learn to MASTER discomfort. When you study the practices that historically have been used to develop spiritual students, they always include practices to master discomfort by producing discomfort in the BODY—uncomfortable yoga poses, uncomfortable breath work, uncomfortable exercises.

Humans do not pleasure themselves into growth. Most spiritual students have difficulty remembering: EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS A TEST FOR THE LESSONS YOU ARE HERE TO LEARN.

That is a beautiful paradigm. How fantastic for the student to realize that everything occurring in their life is a testing ground for the life lessons they are here to learn. Whether it is lack and limitation, whether it is suppressing communication, whether it is finding oneself upset over whatever is going on, these are the perfect lessons or tests for the student.

So instead of judging oneself for falling down, what if the interpretation was: Fantastic. I have fallen down, so I can use this situation as an OPPORTUNITY to get back to my heart. All of a sudden it is an opportunity, not a disaster. It is an ah-ha moment that fosters more growth.  Who decides? The student, of course.

So the practices are NOT designed to be comfortable. The practices that we endorse—that the spiritual masters, the avatars of your 3rd dimensional planet have always endorsed—involve MASTERY OF DISCOMFORT. 

Perhaps it will help the student to realize why they hesitate so often to reach into their tool kit to practice a tool. They have not mastered the discomfort that occurs before the situation is resolved. What if not having it all resolved, just being in the chaos, was viewed as a perfect opportunity to master discomfort?

Many channeled teachings are coming through to humanity right now advising humans to change your life; disrupt the status quo; end things that aren’t working; begin things that your heart wants; say no to outside intruders; stay focused. These are all accurate teachings. Underneath all of them is the idea that the student must be able to hang out in the discomfort of not knowing.  For that is what the discomfort is all about, is it not? I do not know. I can’t see. I don’t understand. I don’t like how it feels. All of this involves the fear of not knowing.

Now, beloved students, these are all products of the mind. And, of course, there is no knowing in the mind. The knowing is always in the heart. What if the doorway to your heart was actually paved with discomfort, and each state of discomfort was interpreted as one step closer to a full heart? Can you see how that instantly changes the entire paradigm? Oh this discomfort. If I practice correct consciousness with my discomfort, it will lead me to my heart.  

Humans won’t go to their heart without discomfort pushing them there. They will seek other avenues through the mind and through distractions. That is why people chose to live in ashrams and monasteries and rid themselves of distraction. It’s much more challenging to stay on track with your mission while living among people who are living their regular lifestyles.

The students reading this handbook are living, breathing and eating in their normal lives. Therefore, your capacity for discomfort, to have compassion for yourself when you are in the “I don’t know part,” must be substantial. How do you do that? It is much like a woman’s body before giving birth for the first time. The body doesn’t understand or know anything about that experience. Yet, when those contractions begin and the baby is being born, the body knows everything it needs to know.

Where is that for the student? In your heart. Your heart knows everything it needs to know. How will you get there? By developing an enormous compassion for yourself, accepting that the road is paved with discomfort. Why do you think austerity exists in the schools, the ashrams, the monasteries? Austerity is UNCOMFORTABLE. Indeed, this is the sign of mastery when one has developed such a tolerance, such a loving capacity, such a compassion for themselves with their discomfort, that they love themselves through it.

It is not about having lots of tools in the tool kit.  It is about being willing to not know the outcome of reaching for the tools, to not know the answer and simply engage with the discomfort until it takes you back to your heart.

So if we use the example of your own planet as a model, it is easy to see the planet has been going through discomfort. It is obvious as she shifts and changes herself to her next highest order of integration. It is not about comfort. It is about moving. In order for transformation to occur, disruption must happen. The status quo must be changed. . Full disruption must occur with regard to certain beliefs, certain brainwashing, certain erroneous assumptions about how it all works, and, of course, that obsessive, addictive part that just needs to know the answers.

So for that realignment to take place, one must become much like a marathon runner regarding discomfort. The marathon runner may experience something called the “wall.” When they hit the wall, they will know it because they have been told by their coaches and others that 100% of them will want to give up. All they can do is fight back with everything they have and continue moving their body forward.

Still, much like when women experience childbirth for the first time, there is no way they can conceive how much chaos it will produce in their body. And when they hit the wall, those that keep going are really just repeating one thing to themselves: keep going, keep going, keep going.

The purpose of developing a relationship with discomfort is not about asking the student to choose discomfort. It is to simply acknowledge that discomfort is required on the way to growth. It is required. We have discussed before that the suffering one attaches to painful bodily sensations is entirely optional. There is no universal law that says when the intensity of pain builds to certain levels you must suffer. It is not law. It is a belief system, a very destructive belief system. Suffering is optional.

Suffering is the context in which that owner/occupant of the body is operating. The paradigm says, intense pain equals suffering. The spiritual adept says intensity equals opportunity to become more expanded. Let me go into this intensity. Let me use my tools. Let me honor this transformational moment within myself and let me practice with this.

This is the way of the spiritual adept. This is the way of Ascension. It is the only way. The Two Marys definitely recommend developing more compassion for yourself and for your relationship with suffering. It is an option for humans to simply choose to end their relationship with suffering, much like choosing to practice or to choose Ascension.

It is not true that one must suffer in order to ascend. It is true that one must CHANGE in order to ascend. It is true that one must GROW to ascend. And it is certainly true that to become a master one must DEVELOP MASTERY WITH DISCOMFORT. It is not a fight that the ego wins. It is a giant SURRENDERING into the discomfort saying, yes, I embrace it. Yes, it is intense. Yes, God is intense. Yes, Ascension is intense.

It is very apparent that humanity is addicted to intensity through all their distractions—intense movies, books and politics.  Yet humanity has a complete aversion to FRUITFUL intensity in the body.  Let us make our women completely numb, so they cannot feel their body giving birth. How does this serve spiritual unfoldment? It does not.

So to truly master discomfort, one must develop the courage to KEEP GOING. The courage of the universe is yours. How does God keep expanding? Through love, which is courage.  Lots of injuries and hurts will occur, mostly self-inflicted, we might add, but it is absolutely guaranteed there will be injuries along the way. The adept says, goody, here we go again, time for more healing. Thank God I get to heal. Thank God I get to keep going with this. Thank God I have some idea of what this might be about.

It is such a pleasure for the part of us that remembers being human to witness the student’s courage. It is time for everyone who reads this material to recognize their courage, to recognize that they already have compassion for themselves. It is time to turn that volume all the way up. It is time to say, yes, I will allow all the courage of the universe to be mine. It is time for the student to say, I don’t need to be confident about my ability. I can use God’s confidence in me. It is not required that I suffer. It is only required that I surrender when I discover myself suffering.

SURRENDER AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. That is the mantra of the spiritual adept. I surrender. In this moment I choose surrender. And then, of course, as the surrender occurs, the student is restored into that stillness, that purity of the heart, where once again they remember who they are. They remember God’s love. They remember their birthright to be love; to be God experiencing God through this precious vehicle called a human body, to be loved and to love.  In that place, whatever is on purpose for that student to be revealed will be revealed.

So the consciousness of the student begins to draw on the God power of divine love when they say, “I will redesign my contextual experience of living life so that I will begin to see everything that is unfolding for me as the PERFECT OPPORTUNITY—not some exasperating circumstance that makes no sense.” 

As that student begins that theme, they will be using everything from humor as a tool to exercises with breath, movement and sound, to discussions with like-minded individuals who can say, “Yes, I will hold the space for you so that your outcome will be fulfilling as you go through this. I will hold this space so that you will develop more self-love as you embrace your circumstance. And I observe for you and with you that because you are choosing to embrace this circumstance, your fulfillment will be deep and ecstatic.”

That is how a soul family of operates. They recognize that each one is in the perfect playing field for their lessons and that everything that is occurring is about those lessons. When the Two Marys walked on the Earth as women on a mission, they were exceedingly handicapped being women. Now in our expansion, of course, we understand how fabulous that we chose to be women walking with a Messiah.

How great that we could master our bodies so that we would completely understand our spiritual development from childhood. We would then have the gift of being mothers letting our children break our hearts over and over and be women walking with an avatar that was at times loved and at times scorned. How perfect to master discomfort.

Now students, look at your life anew and ask yourself, how have I designed it perfectly to learn mastery with my body? Not that my body betrays me with injuries or diseases, but how have I actually set it up through those issues to potentially put myself in a position of mastery? Have I recognized that, or do I avert my inner vision from the simple truth that the lessons are showing me? Am I seeing it as a perfect masterpiece of creation? Am I able, even if it’s painful, to chuckle and say, “Wow, I sure set that up well so I could learn more mastery. Fabulous.”

How interesting that my mind wants to run down that wretched track in my brain where the only possible outcome will be suffering. How interesting that I can observe that and practice not going down that path and just be uncomfortable and return to my center and say, “I love myself even when I’m uncomfortable. I love myself as God even when it’s complete chaos in my body. I love myself no matter what I’m feeling.”

It is time for the student to see the perfection of their creation in every domain of their life, in every circumstance. How is this teaching me trust, self-love, courage and compassion for myself?  Humans might think it is time to have more compassion for each other. That is not quite it. It is time for humans to have more compassion for THEMSELVES, which will then out-picture as more compassion for each other. But it must start with them.

Students, create an inventory for yourself in the different domains of your life. Are you aware of what lessons permeate every domain of your life? Is it courage? Is it compassion for yourself? Is it to have more trust in the chaos? What is the lesson you are currently experiencing? Start to proclaim your circumstances as perfect and be grateful for the lessons they are teaching you. You created them so you could test yourself, so you could learn your lessons. You are the master teacher.

The more you perceive, the more you gain detachment from the drama and the glamour of suffering. There is the belief in Western culture that it is somehow civilized to suffer. There is nothing civilized about suffering. If you are suffering, you are avoiding the lessons. You are avoiding practicing the tools from the tool kit, and you are being dishonest with yourself about universal law.

There is a term used in the human potential movement in your Western culture called “radical honesty.” The Two Marys endorse the idea of radical honesty, which in an ashram, mystery school or a temple the word radical would not be required. Every student would understand that the only honesty is full honesty. But in your current culture you need a word such as radical because it is radical to be honest. Of course, it has become radical to tell the truth in your culture.

So we recommend a radical form of honesty for yourself, one that is tempered with great compassion because your culture fosters all this deceit, pretentiousness and inauthenticity. As a result, being honest with yourself about what you are doing, what you are creating, what you are resisting and what you are experiencing is radical.  As you read this let that be a little uncomfortable. There is a reason it is uncomfortable. Everyone reading this understands it is not wise or honorable to be dishonest with themselves. It is a habit, a learned behavior. It is not fact based, and it doesn’t resonate with universal law. It is, in a bizarre way, an act of defiance.

So we recommend that you make an inventory of your life, and map it out according to such categories as your relationships, your physical health and well-being, your spiritual life and your money/material concerns.  You really want compassionate, rigorous honesty in these areas.

How fantastic a co-creator you are that you have created these challenges in one or more of these categories at this time! Why?  For the purpose of painting yourself into a corner so that you could transform yourself into something more. How glorious. What an artist you are. What a masterpiece you have created. Acknowledge that. Love that about yourself. Look and ask yourself, how am I doing?

Am I embracing each lesson showing up in each category of my life? There is always one lesson that is dominating each domain. As you embrace that lesson, you will find yourself uplifted. You will find yourself refueled, for our Ascension Process takes fuel.

We recommend you do this process monthly. If you’re truly interested in your progress, each year review all 12 months to see where you’ve been to acknowledge your progress and to consider where might you want to go next. What do you want to happen next? What is your life calling for next? Contemplate that.

The Two Marys wish to inform students that they may derive compassion from various sources that they may not have conscious contact with such as compassion from the 5th dimension, their own spirit guides, angels and helpers; from the Christ Consciousness; from Gaia who has gone before humanity and is actually in the leading edge of Ascension; the compassion of nature; the compassion of deceased spiritual masters; the compassion of the animals. There is no end to the compassion available.

With radical honesty you will open yourself up to more and more compassion. At some point that compassion will move you to such depth that you will be permanently in touch with your spiritual destiny. 

We want to acknowledge that no one reading this material gets sufficient acknowledgment for their courage, for their compassion, for their ability to surrender, for their ability to keep going when the going gets rough. So now at this time we offer you our benediction, our love and our certainty that because you chose and you have been chosen, you are the way, you are the light, you are the truth and you are the peace that passes all understanding.

We invite you at this time to stand up, to cheer out loud, to hug yourself and congratulate yourself for your part in God’s plan, the Cosmic Consciousness, for your part in assisting in every aspect of the expansion.
