Joel: I’m continuing to read about the teachings of the Jesuit Anthony Di Mello in his seminars and retreats. We were talking about this last time, of course, and I told you how much I admired him when I attended a weekend seminar of his.

In his retreats for the religious he encouraged them to spend four to five hours a day in prayer. He also encouraged them to live in poverty and he, himself, according to the book, lived in a simple hovel during the retreat. The religious attendees seemed to get very competitive about who could live most simply. I didn’t relate to any of it. I’m bringing it up because prayer and poverty are important teachings of the church.

Just this week I came across a prayer book from the shrine of St. Anne De Beaupre in Canada. I remember how we climbed the hard wooden stairs in the shrine on our knees. The prayers contained a lot of pleading and begging.

All of this, the hours of praying, the poverty, the painful walking on our knees, are all offered up to God to honor Him. What would you say about all of these ways of honoring God?

Two Marys: Indeed, and we have said it in the Ascension Handbook. That is not to say that certain ways of living such as giving away all your material possessions are not fruitful for some or even to many who are overly attached to material possessions. But it is really not the act. It really is not that. It is really about, does it resonate? Does it really bring you to your ecstatic union with God?

Quite frankly in your modern culture, there is so much that lures you away from your ecstatic union with God that these times call for very potent, productive methodologies for connection. In other words, the times have gotten quite tough, so your exercises must carry the day. In a different time, meditating and praying for hours might be the best way for you to proceed. In today’s world that will not work for many.

As we speak there are ashrams and temples where students are spending four hours a day praying for humanity and praying for beloved Gaia. They believe in their hearts that is the best and highest use of their good life force energy and their time. So truly prayer and meditation works. They also work better when combined with powerful breathing exercises.

Joel: What I found amusing--the book is written with a light touch because, after all, Di Mello could be very funny--the people in the retreats would get a little competitive as to who could pray the longest, give away the most and live most simply.

Two Marys: Indeed, and like always, notice them by the fruits they bear. Be careful when you hear a lot of rules. Your antenna arose appropriately when you said that doesn’t resonate for me. That is because it is not appropriate for you. There are people who, when there are more rules, actually surrender more deeply. It is not for a more engaged spiritual student.

Greetings beloved Brethren,

This is the energy, the Francis energy, the energy that began the soul journey of the channel that we are coming through at present and the pathway of the one you call Pope.

We are an energy of compassion and brotherhood. We are an energy of the balance of the masculine and the feminine energies. 

We are an energy of the inner relationship of all life forms upon this planet—be they human, be they animal, mineral or plant.

We are here to remind you that all of you are made of the same cosmic material. The same sacred science is involved in the creation of all of you, the same electrons and atoms that create diversified forms of consciousness, which is the divine destiny of each of you be you human, animal,  plant or mineral.

Joel: Could you tell us more about the energy you represent?

Frances Energy: St Francis is the incarnation of this specific frequency and energy and a messenger of it. There have been various expressions throughout the history of your planet of this particular energy. 

Most recently of what you call the Franciscan orders of priesthood, which is connected with the Melchizedek order or priesthood, which is connected to the White Christ Brotherhood, a light of the Christ Consciousness.

There are many orders which have connected religious and spiritually throughout the evolutionary path of this particular planet.

Joel: Did you say that Pope Francis is an expression of this energy?

Francis Energy: Yes, that is why we are coming through at this time to address your needs within the explanation of his relationship with this energy, dear one.

Joel: I am very impressed by this man. He has caught the attention of the world with many statements and encyclicals and with his behavior generally. His encyclical on global warming is getting a lot of attention from people on all sides of the issue

Francis Energy: There have been many corrupted influences in that position throughout humanity’s history, which you are aware of as are many other humans. In your vernacular, dear one, he is the “real deal.” He is a messenger sent of this frequency, a messenger of the people, by the people and for the people. And not only the people but all of the other life forms on this particular planet which humanity affects.

One of the reasons his messages of humanity are including weather and the conditions on the planet is because they are all interconnected. He is in the process of connecting the wisdoms and the events of consciousness or the lack of consciousness and how it will affect the planet and humanity at large. He has that wisdom. He has that connection.

Joel: Can you confirm what the Pope is saying about man’s role in the warming of the planet?

Francis Energy: There is a combination of interactions between humanity’s behavior and the natural evolutionary path of the planet. There are many events taking place on the planet as a result of what you call an Ascension Process of moving from one reality to another, moving from a denser reality to a higher frequency of reality which is taking place, which is being exacerbated by the behavior, emotions thoughts and the actions of humanity.

In this specific case this individual you call the Pope is addressing weather and its relationship to humanity’s behavior. There is no doubt that humanity’s behavior is increasing the evolutionary experience of the planet herself. All of this is reflecting a larger cosmic experience of oneness and unity consciousness that is taking place.

If we pull back from your planet and we pull back farther from your solar system and we pull back further into the galactic experience, you will see that your sister galaxy, your so called Andromeda is moving in close concert with your home galaxy, the Milky Way. They will eventually move into a oneness.

This aspect is also taking place within the planet herself. Your continents are moving closer together. They were once together at one time. They separated and are coming back together within their evolutionary path. Humanity’s behavior is affecting that as well.

Joel: So you’re saying that the natural cycle the planet is in is increasing temperatures on Earth and man’s behavior is exacerbating that?

Francis Energy: Yes, dear one, yes. It is the emotions and thoughts of humanity that is collected within the atmosphere which affects your weather patterns, your storms, some of your geological activities, such as your volcanic activity and farther out beyond the planet herself.

Joel: Is man’s contribution to this trend causing a problem if Earth’s temperatures are rising anyway?

Francis Energy: It is not so much the temperature of the planet herself. It is the frequency and the electro-magnetic composition of the frequency brought about by the emotions and thoughts and the density they represent that affects the weather patterns on the planet.

Joel: There is a vast melting underway of ice in both north and south poles, Greenland and elsewhere. To many of us it appears catastrophic.

Francis Energy: It is a great change unknown to you. It doesn’t mean that it hasn’t happened before. The missing ingredient is the lack of awareness that the planet is a living conscious being and the roles of animals, plants, etc.

Joel: What are the karmic consequences for those who pollute our air, land and water for personal profit? Essentially destroying creation.

Francis Energy: Those who are harming the planet are attempting to control what they did not create. You cannot control what you did not create. Humanity did not create the planet. You were invited here from various realms within the cosmos. As part of your soul plan you chose to be here.

There is a karmic consequence. It is the way that the cosmos and nature, as you call her, balances and maintains and sustains herself. An example would be the civilization of Atlantis, which was more technologically advanced and spiritually advanced than you are in many ways. They reached a point where they could destroy the planet through their warring, through imposing their masculine assertive energy the way they thought life should be on this planet and their need to subjugate and attempt to control others, even through the creation of life. As a result of their intention, their civilization was destroyed by certain dispensations that were received by certain cosmic counsels in order to protect the planet herself.

The planet will not be destroyed as a result of the behavior of humanity. There will be a check and balance on that. It is the destiny of this particular planet which has been a divine experiment, a “Loverversity,” if you will, of learning to express love and all of its forms of being there and not being there as a divine cosmic experience for the entire universe to play out.

That has been largely playing itself out for millennia. It has had some respites during some of the Golden Ages, the various seven or eight golden ages on your planet. You are in the process, if you so choose, of finalizing humanity’s expression of your final golden age on this planet to return to being light from whence you came. That is the path. That is the circle of creation, You come from light; you return to light within that process.

Once you return to light again you can make a decision in concert with other higher realms exactly how that energy of light is to be expressed once again.

Joel: The people who are polluting our Earth and trying to control the political process, can they do that with no karmic consequences to their future soul choices?

Francis Energy: When they leave this frequency they will experience a balance of what they have created through the intention to harm. These individuals are here for a purpose as well. They are here for a clearing and a cleansing of humanity’s wounds and defenses to come up for a review to be fully expressed and experienced. Things may appear more extreme than ever before, but in reality that is not the case.

You are simply aware of what is taking place in a more forthright way because of the electronic digital communication systems that you have and your transportation systems. So you are more aware of who is doing what than in the past. That doesn’t mean the past did not contain more extreme behavior. Humanity has the freedom of will and choice, which the higher realms cannot interfere with unless it means the destruction of the planet herself.

Humanity has the right, if you will, to destroy itself, if it so chooses. It is a preference of the divine plan that created humanity that that not take place. Many of you are making individual decisions that that does not take place and that you will ascend to a higher frequency of existence as a result of your individuated soul plans whether in this lifetime, the next lifetime or the lifetime after that.

Joel: When we experience the mass killings as we did this week in Charleston, SC and as we have experienced so often in our country, it’s easy to think things are not getting better.

Francis Energy: There have been more intense experiences in the past and to a greater degree than what you are describing, dear one. The fact that these are happening at this time and that you are aware of it through the communication systems that have been gifted to you from higher realms, make you more aware of them. 

Thus, in turn, the collective and the individual can choose to make another decision. Be aware of the healing that is taking place of the racial divide that something like this demonstrates that also allows a collective healing and coming together.

Also, dear one, take into consideration as a part of their soul plan, the individuals who chose to leave as a part of that particular experience who in your vocabulary you might say, “sacrificed” themselves for the good of the whole. Remember there are no accidents; there are no coincidences of events. Perhaps each individual was divinely in place where they needed to be at that moment in time in order to gift to humanity, in this particular case, their leaving and what that represents as a healing of the duality and separation of your racial divide within the country you call the United States.

Joel: I suspected that they had made that choice. But it is hard for many of us to understand and accept that kind of self-sacrifice. 

Francis Energy: That is the divine organization of creation, dear one, and humanity is still in the process of becoming aware of this--trusting it and committing to that process.

Joel: As you were saying it gives us a chance to make another choice, I thought of the call by many in South Carolina to remove the Confederate flag from the State Capitol Building. Many people have seen that flag as a symbol of white supremacy.

Francis Energy: The portal of your so-called South Carolina was a gateway for slavery into your country. It is a vortex of slavery. It was a point of entry within the historical events of your United States. The reason this is happening in this particular geographic location is to heal the karmic consequences seeded within this particular portal, this particular vortex of this state called South Carolina. It is an opportunity to release the karmic consequence, the cause and effect, that is in the DNA of that specific location.

Joel: Consistent with that healing, I have been so moved by the statements of forgiveness that were coming from that church congregation and from people who had friends and family members killed.

Francis Energy: So what gift does that forgiveness, that acceptance with compassion send to the rest of humanity?

Joel: Love and forgiveness.

Francis Energy: Yes, it allows them to make another choice. So that is a good example of what is taking place there. It isn’t a coincidence that forgiveness is coming from those individuals who experienced what you would call this tragedy. It is an opportunity for the rest of humanity to see exactly where they are within their spiritual foundation of truth and connection to creation and connection to their God, realizing that the ones they freed through themselves through this forgiveness is themselves.

This does not mean that there will not be a karmic consequence for the individual who brought this event upon humanity, but also take into mind the soul plan of the individual who made the decision to be this individual to bring this harm upon these others.  And you can stretch that out further and further into your histories and you can see other examples of individuals who played those roles within the evolution of humanity and begin to see the divine design, if you will, the organization of how creation actually works through the interactions of individuals, be they negative or positive.

Joel: Many people believe the Vatican has had a long history of separation and have been a part of the controlling of the many by the few. Can you say something about Pope Francis’s mission in relation to the idea of changing the behavior of the Vatican as a religious organization?

Francis Energy: As we said at the beginning of this message, he is an instrument and a messenger of the St. Francis energy, if you will, of peace, love, acceptance, humanity and of all of the life forms on this planet. That is his focus. He has chosen and been chosen to be a frequency of this particular energy. That is why we are coming in at this time. He has chosen to go into the belly of the beast, if you will. And, yet, at the same time keep himself in it and not of it knowing that his role is to begin to affect and transcend and to transition the intention and the focus of this endeavor you call church. He realizes that all that may not take place within his incarnational cycle.

But he knows he is planting a seed of change, and without that change, without the truth and the goodness and the love and support that he brings in to it, he also realizes that the endeavor itself cannot succeed or continue as it is. It will fall upon itself in the corruption of itself. So, in effect, he is bringing in a new light. He is bringing in an old foundation of truth and love into the newness of it. He is asking that it return to being a church of the people, which in reality it never has been.

It has been an instrument of control. It has been an instrument of the disempowerment of the feminine energy. It has hidden many of the historical and spiritual truths of the reality of humanity and your true history on this planet. He is laying a pathway for all of that to be opened. For within the vaults and libraries of this endeavor is much of the truth of which we speak, and he knows (how) to bring it out step by step knowing that it is a pathway of acceptance.

He is aware of the resistance within and outside the organization that will resist the changes he is asking for. But he knows within his soul plan that he has chosen and been chosen, if you will, to bring this truth into this powerful organization that will mean the continued life and breath of it with these changes in place. Without it, it will fall upon itself.

Joel: What we might do to help his efforts?

Francis Energy: Much of humanity is “getting it” about this individual, dear one. It is interesting to note that much of that awareness is coming from outside of the endeavor of which he is a part. So he has struck a collective chord, if you will, in addition to the internals of the organization. Ironically, his support is coming from outside rather than inside his organization. And it is the pressures, shifts and changes to the intentions of goodness coming from outside in that can affect a dynamic of inside out.

Joel: It’s interesting that the Pope is scheduled to address the U.S. Congress in September, which is controlled by our Republican Party which reacted quite negatively to the encyclical, essentially saying, keep your comments to religious matters.

Francis Energy: There are many within your so-called Congress who do not understand the educational and scientific training that this divine soul has had. He has come to this position as Pope fully prepared for what he needs to speak to humanity and for those who will be in opposition to him. He is a scientist within his own right, not simply a head of a church.

Joel: Not only is he a chemist and a scientist, but he turned to an impressive team of scientific authorities in preparing this encyclical. This is not simply the product of his own efforts.

Francis Energy: Again, he has the support of many outside the endeavor you call “church.” The church as it is structured within humanity at this time is an endeavor outside of the individual’s soul plan. True church exists within the heart of the individual and radiates outside that heart energy from inside out.

The distortion of this church has been the attempt to control what it had not created. Thus, there truly can be no control. You can subjugate. You can keep the forces down for a certain period of time, but then there will be revolution, if you will, in order for humanity to accept the reality that each of you is a divine spiritual being having this human experience. The expression is an inside out process.

It doesn’t mean that organizations cannot support that, but they cannot replace it and be effective long term. That day of reckoning is upon humanity.

Joel: Would it be accurate to call you the Francis Energy?

Francis Energy: You may call us whatever you resonate with: The Francis energy. There will be those who will not resonate with the term St. Francis. 

But, understand, these are simply names that your languages have given these frequencies of consciousness that do not exist for us. 

They are simply a nomenclature for you to be able to identify us whether it is Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, Raphael, Mother Mary or whatever. But, if you so choose, you may call us the Francis energy.

Joel: I’m familiar with the Archangelic realms and the Mary energy, what is the Francis energy in relation to those? Do you have a separate mission as they do?

Francis Energy: We are very connected to the ascension and evolutionary path of the planet and all life forms upon it. We work in concert with Archangel Uriel who is your world teacher. We work with the elementals. We work with the soul plans of humanity. Many of you are aware of our relationship with the animals and that extends to the minerals and the plants as well and all who have chosen to be here as guardians of the planet which allow humanity to maintain and sustain life here.

Joel: Would you like to give us a closing statement?

Francis Energy: Be aware of what a magnificent time it is upon your planet. Be aware that as things may appear to be becoming worse that there is a clearing and a cleansing taking place. Be aware that your planet is involved in a cosmic evolutionary path of ascension moving into a light body, a star, a sun, if you will, thus, in turn, everything within and upon her body is within that process as well. You have chosen, as being human, to be a part of that process. You are all here for that experience.

Be aware of the power of your emotions and your thoughts. Be aware of your empowerment of self, that you are individuated soul plans having this human experience. Be aware of the events that are taking place in life. They are not always as they appear through their mental interpretation to what they are. Be aware that there is a divine plan in place, that the universe in concert with energies such as ours knows exactly how to balance and maintain and sustain balance with cosmic and earth reality.

Be aware that your freedom of choice is a divine gift, and you can always make another choice from the ones you are making now. 

Be aware that you may simply ask to connect with us and by simply asking you shall receive, dear ones. And so it is.

GREETINGS BELOVED STUDENTS, GREETINGS BELOVED JOEL

We are the Two Marys entwined in this frequency for the purpose of supporting humanity in their Ascension Process.

We are here this evening entwining with your frequencies to support you, beloved students, in your Ascension Process.

We are always so delighted when groups come together in contact with this material.

We deliberately downloaded this information through this channel and to Joel because we trusted that they would be pure of heart and pure of deed in bringing this work forward to others. As you can see from their example they are practicing the works of this series of conversations that we call The Ascension Handbook.

We invite you deeper into your practice. It is very difficult for us to give you any sense of what full activation of your light body is like and the worlds and realms that are available to you when it is fully activated.

We have deliberated on what to say to you this evening, and what we recognize from the human perspective is, there is not much to say. But we will tell it like this:

Remember when you were a very small child and you could close your eyes, perhaps at bedtime, and see all these swirling colors that were beautiful and free flowing. You weren’t creating them; you were witnessing them. The more you witnessed them, the more they were there. And the more you witnessed them, the more they were there.

It is like this with Ascension and light body activation. The more you experience it, the more you are there. The more you experience it, the more it opens up and the more dimensions and the more dimensions. Again, as has been pointed out many times by many different students in the room tonight, you do not need to understand how it works. What is required is your dedication to your practices. That is required.

What is required is community where you feel safe and you belong and you can share your developmental progress, your hurdles and how you used your tools in the hurdle and what the outcome was. How you used the tools in the middle of your hurdle and what the outcome was.

This is not the same thing as what you call in your culture bragging. Proper use of a tool in mastering a circumstance can be shared with others for learning purposes, for exploration. Remember, if someone has gone before you, they have opened a space. You can open spaces for each other simply by sharing your progress and how it came from the use of a tool or from a discourse or from a sentence in a discourse or from a sentence in another great body of work. Students, it is most vital that there be engagement and conversation.

As some of you know, the Two Marys have supported Joel in relocating his residence down to your area in Ft. Lauderdale. This is with great purpose, for his destiny will be completed as he offers himself to his Ascension Process but also continues to offer to others avenues, conduits, pathways, roads it, as it were, to the Ascension Process. The fact that he has chosen to open his home to have, what he calls, the salons indicate his dedication.

Students, the biggest mistake you can make is to justify your lack of progress with your circumstances. Let us say this again: The biggest mistake you can make is to justify your lack of progress with your circumstances. As this final discourse outlines for you, if you are willing and can be humble enough to keep applying it over and over and over and over, your circumstances are the winning formula, if you will, for your success—provided you keep surrendering and using your tools.

You see, beloveds, the more you use your tools, the more you activate your deeper senses, and it’s those deeper senses that will become fully necessary for your full ascension. You all had far deeper tools when you came into this lifetime in this body and every single one of you went through the experience of having your deeper senses shut down—not to suit the shaming and blaming of your society, but also because of a new danger to human ascension—electromagnetic frequencies.

Everyone here in the room is bombarded with electromagnetic frequencies, which cause immense brain strain--so much so that the brain keeps running calculations about how much energy your body is using. Literally. And because of the bombardment of the MF it is decided that the body is using up more energy than it really has in reserve.

Because it runs the calculations precisely, it decides for you and unbeknownst to you it must continue to keep these senses shut down. Contemplate this, beloveds. You’re in a circumstance that is by default shutting you down. You didn’t ask for it; you didn’t sign up for it. You didn’t have a choice, but it is happening 24/7.

This is why we chose in the Helpful Hints to present specific breath work to you because we recognized the challenge before you. It is not just your every day challenge with Ascension. Believe us, we say that tongue in cheek for there is no such thing.

But, indeed, for your circumstances on the planet in your year 2015, it will be far more necessary than you ever thought to practice very powerful tools and skills to keep replenishing your energies so that when your brain does the calculations at night while you are sleeping it comes up with a positive resource as opposed to a deficiency.

How will you know that you are using your tools sufficiently? This is a question that is asked us. It is quite simple. When you find yourselves in flow most of the time, you are using your tools efficiently. You are using them sufficiently. If you are suffering, if you are finding yourself less than in flow, you are truly not bellying up to the bar, so to speak, with your commitment.

You always have options. You can lower your expectations with yourself with your spiritual blueprint, which we don’t recommend, but you are free to do this.  Or you can increase the level of your practice. Do you have any questions on this topic, beloveds?

Question: Difference between radical honesty and shaming and blaming oneself.

M: Indeed, radical honesty is simply the expression of the truth as it resonates. Shaming and blaming is what you do after the truth has been spoken or thought. Radical honesty is simply a term for speaking truth. Again, don’t be confused by how loudly your ego will insist it has a full monopoly on the truth. Your ego has no access to truth. None. So the shaming and blaming will always be from ego. It cannot be otherwise. And the honesty will always be coming from your true perception of self and from that part of the mind that is beyond your ego that accesses the limitless realms of what you humans call the heart.

Question: How do you tell the truth that is coming from the heart versus the thoughts coming from the ego?

M: An excellent question.  When you are having a truth pumped from the heart, there will be what we call positive physical sensations accompanying this. Common examples would be goose bumps, tingling, feeling the small, delicate hairs on the back of the neck or the arms acting like antennas as they stand up as they resonate with how your energy lifts into the truth.

When it is a mundane thought from ego—and some of the cleverest egos are convinced that they have full access to all of God’s truth. We have witnessed your devout Christian politicians as great examples of this. When your ego is doing the thinking there will also be subtle physical sensations. It will feel like a drop in your energy, a tightening in the throat as your nervous system kicks into a higher gear as a subtle fight or flight response activates. You can train yourselves, and we recommend you do, to heighten your discernment of these contracts.

Again, when it is your truth that supports you in your resonance it cannot harm or hurt another nor can it hurt your beloved planet, the mother of all your mothers. Truth will always be neutral and with compassion.

It gets a little tricky for one can access that truth and then simply allow it to become a little corrupt by becoming overly excited about that truth. We have witnessed it in you humans as well. Overly excited about how God moves them, throwing enormous enthusiasm and false passion to create a spectacle of themselves in order to appear more God-like. You even have channels on your television of these people. So it is a subtle thing that you re inquiring about; yet, the consequences can be very powerful. Practice honing your senses, beloveds. Practice waking up your senses.

Each of you came into this lifetime with a primary gift, a primary sense that is more potent than others, whether it be your inner vision, your inner knowing, your inner feeling or your inner hearing. You all have these at various levels and degrees within you. Hone yours. Strengthen it. Work with it. Ask your spirit guides for help. Put time into it. If you have a question or doubt about where you’re coming from, simply do the breath and wait for a moment. If that truth pops back in as a quiet, simple truth, that’s your truth.

If a whole secondary level of insight comes in that completely puts that other truth in another perspective, honor what comes to you after the breath. This channel is utilizing breath work more and more in her life, so she can be a living example of what happens when one continues to surrender to consciousness and continues to be aware of ego but not chase it as the golden rainbow. Your ego will never support your ascension, beloveds. We cannot say it more simply. Your ego will always betray your ascension—all ways and forever as long as you’re a human indulging your ego.

Yet, it is not about breaking your ego down, and there are major bodies of work specializing in breaking your ego down. Yet, they never liberate the pineal gland. So there is no need to break your egos down. That would be an act of violence. In fact, your need is to increase the function of your sweet beneficial pineal gland located in your crown chakra causing the chemical DMT to activate into your brain, synchronizing all your brain functions and bodily functions. That is truly your purpose as a human--to reclaim your pineal gland as your operating system and from that state of flow create your affection.

Question: I would like the salons to be fun, strengthening, supportive of our spiritual growth. Anything you would add to what you have already said?

M: Just one more thing. With your pure intention our guidance is for everyone attending, stay out of their story. The story doesn’t matter. What matters is you hit that moment of critical crisis and you said, let me reach for a tool, let me use my tool at 100% until I am resolved and centered and free again. That is what matters. The story will never matter.

Question: Explain differences between taking a shower and a bath.

M: We are not saying never shower. If you are going to shower, do it slowly. Do your breathing with your shower. Open your eyes. Look at your body. Use your senses and, yet, taking a bath will trump a shower anytime if you choose to immerse yourself in salted water with sea salt or Epson salts. Do your breathing exercise, let go and relax. The benefit of that relaxation far outweighs anything else.

One of the things the Two Marys recognize is the human conundrum of how to lead a family spiritually. We see how challenging it is to lead children successfully into their heart and how hard it is to help them carve out that space as they are indoctrinated into the culture. The fastest way to work with your children is through the breath. Teach them the breath. Age six is usually the right age to start. However, if your children are younger, toddlers and babies, simply do the breath holding them into their ears so they can hear the breathing and they start to track that with their brain. Breathing in another’s ear is a very powerful imprint.

Question about dealing with electromagnetic energy.

M: There are products that you can purchase on your Internet to protect your cell phone from transmitting harmful energy, items to protect your computer and monitors to neutralize those frequencies. Also sacred geometry can be placed where you are working, or under your seat to transmute those frequencies. Speak to the channel about a website where you can purchase such devices.

For example, place the sacred geometry under your mattress. So when your body is at rest and the electrical grids throughout your home are running through your system, your sacred geometry can be used to neutralize a great deal of that effect. This channel is using a combination of rigorous breath work throughout the day and sacred geometry under the mattress assisting the body having a reservoir of energy.

Question: What sacred geometry would be put under a mattress?

There are posters available through this channel’s teacher for he is an expert in this domain. This channel can direct you to a website where you can get smaller versions of that and hand held devices for your computer, etc.

Question: If people are following their hearts, should everything work out for them?

M: If you will recall in the discourses, it was mentioned that your circumstances are the perfect opportunity for the lessons you came here to learn. So even though you may be in your heart, even though you may be practicing your practices, it won’t extinguish all your circumstances, as we learned being humans in that final lifetime.

So you will still have circumstances. It will be how you behave with these circumstances that demonstrates to you the truth of what we are saying should you continue to work with opening your heart. So the circumstance will arise. You will simply notice it and say, aha, this is a challenge. Let me access my pineal operating system, which has access to instant energy and flow, and see the best way for me to be with this challenge. Let me decide not from my ego. Let me be sure I am deciding from my heart by accessing that pineal expanded state and evaluate that circumstance from that state and determining right action. Often doing nothing, although uncomfortable, can be the pinnacle of correct action.

PRACTICE MASTERING D I S C O M F O RT

Joel: I’m feeling as though I should apologize to you. I know you don’t need an apology. But I’m very aware that I need to spend more time with these teachings. A lot of what was showing up for me I need to study them more and apply them.

Two Marys: Indeed. You have explained it perfectly. There is no need, of course, for any apology to anyone but yourself. For when you review the last dialogue, you see what you have done for yourself. You have created that trespassing that we discussed, and then you found yourself in the mess. You were awake and aware enough to say, “OK, I’m in the mess.” That is preferable to being oblivious and in denial. It is more enlightened to wake up and acknowledge to yourself, “OK, I am in the mess.”

So, indeed, that is the process. As you are learning, the process can be easier and go more quickly when you are engaging with others and aware that every unfoldment, every circumstance, every interaction is grist for the mill of the teaching.

We applaud you for choosing that insight, for you have chosen to end your relationship with duality by choosing to be in the insight versus in victimhood. You are choosing to enter into love, into self- love, into your growth, into the resonance of your spirituality, into your spiritual mission.

And, indeed, what is that mission? That mission will always be about expanding into more. By choosing to be awake enough to notice that you are getting messy, you demonstrate you have chosen expansion, Ascension, awakening, or whatever you choose to call it.

And beloved Joel, beloved students, this is the springboard for the topic for this discourse. For it is time to truly discuss the student’s relationship with comfort at a whole other level. The discussion of comfort zones has been utilized before. Each student recognizes her own relationship with discomfort and comfort zones.

Here is the rub. Each student has an unconscious aspect of her mind that repels her from pushing the boundaries of her comfort zone. So the only way for the student to progress is to practice the art of integrating discomfort. Expanding consciousness involves growth, and GROWTH CREATES DISCOMFORT.

In the previous discourse, we mentioned that when students trespass, when they wake up to the fact that what they have been up to is not congruent with Ascension, it is very uncomfortable to discover that they are in the mess. This starts a whole other level of trespassing—shaming and judging themselves for being in the mess.

The only way to stay rational in the face of great discomfort is to learn to MASTER discomfort. When you study the practices that historically have been used to develop spiritual students, they always include practices to master discomfort by producing discomfort in the BODY—uncomfortable yoga poses, uncomfortable breath work, uncomfortable exercises.

Humans do not pleasure themselves into growth. Most spiritual A TEST FOR THE LESSONS YOU ARE HERE TO LEARN.

That is a beautiful paradigm. How fantastic for the students to realize that everything occurring in their life is a testing ground for the life lessons they are here to learn. Whether it is lack and limitation, whether it is suppressing communication, whether it perfect lessons or tests for the student.

So instead of judging oneself for falling down, what if the interpretation was “Fantastic. I have fallen down, so I can use this situation as an OPPORTUNITY to get back to my heart.” All of a sudden it is an opportunity, not a disaster. It is an moment that fosters more growth. Who decides? The student, of course.

So the practices are NOT designed to be comfortable. The practices that we endorse—that the spiritual masters, the avatars of your third dimensional planet have always endorsed—involve MASTERY OF DISCOMFORT.

Perhaps it will help the students to realize why they hesitate so often to reach into their tool kit to practice a tool. They have not mastered the discomfort that occurs before the situation is resolved. What if not having it all resolved, just being in the chaos, was viewed as a perfect opportunity to master discomfort?

Many channeled teachings are coming through to humanity right now advising humans to change their lives; disrupt the status quo; end things that aren’t working; begin things that the heart wants; say no to outside intruders; stay focused. These are all accurate teachings. Underneath all of them is the idea that the student must be able to hang out in the discomfort of not knowing. For that is what the discomfort is all about, is it not? “I do not know. I can’t see. I don’t understand. I don’t like how it feels.” All of this involves the fear of not knowing.

Now, beloved students, these are all products of the mind. And, of course, there is no knowing in the mind. The knowing is always in the heart. What if the doorway to your heart was actually paved with discomfort, and each state of discomfort was interpreted as one step closer to a full heart? Can you see how that instantly changes the entire paradigm? “Oh, this discomfort. If I practice correct consciousness with my discomfort, it will lead me to my heart.”

Humans won’t go to their heart without discomfort pushing them there. They will seek other avenues through the mind and through distractions. That is why people choose to live in ashrams and monasteries and rid themselves of distraction. It’s much more challenging to stay on track with your mission while living among people who are living their regular lifestyles.

The students reading this handbook are living, breathing, and eating in their normal lives.Therefore, your capacity for discomfort, to have compassion for yourself when you are in the “I don’t know part” must be substantial. How do you do that? It is much like doesn’t understand or know anything about that experience. Yet, when those contractions begin and the baby is being born, the body knows everything it needs to know.

Where is that for the student? In your heart. Your heart knows everything it needs to know. How will you get there? By developing an enormous compassion for yourself, accepting that the road is paved with discomfort. Why do you think austerity exists in the schools, the ashrams, the monasteries? Austerity is UNCOMFORTABLE. Indeed, this is the sign of mastery when students have developed such a tolerance, such a loving capacity, such a compassion for themselves with their discomfort that they LOVE THEMSELVES through it.

It is not about having lots of tools in the tool kit. It is about being willing to not know the outcome of reaching for the tools, to not know the answer and simply engage with the discomfort until it takes you back to your heart.

So if we use the example of your own planet as a model, it is easy to see the planet has been going through discomfort. It is obvious as she shifts and changes herself to her next highest order of integration. It is not about comfort. It is about moving. For transformation to occur, disruption must happen. The status quo must be changed. Full disruption must occur with regard to certain beliefs, certain brainwashing, certain erroneous assumptions about how it all works and, of course, that obsessive, addictive part that just needs to know the answers.

So for that realignment to take place, one must become much like a marathon runner regarding discomfort.The marathon runner may experience something called the “wall.”When he hits the wall, he will know it because he has been told by his coaches and others back with everything he has and continue moving his body forward. time, there is no way they can conceive how much chaos it will produce in their body. And when they hit the wall, those that keep going are really just repeating one thing to themselves: keep going, keep going, keep going.

The purpose of developing a relationship with discomfort is not about asking the student to CHOOSE discomfort. It is to simply acknowledge that discomfort is REQUIRED on the way to growth. It is required. We have discussed before that the suffering one attaches to painful bodily sensations is entirely optional. There is no universal law that says when the intensity of pain builds to certain levels you must suffer. It is not law. It is a belief system, a very destructive belief system. Suffering is optional.

Suffering is the context in which that owner/occupant of the body is operating. The paradigm says intense pain equals suffering. The spiritual adept says intensity equals opportunity to become more expanded: “Let me go into this intensity. Let me use my tools. Let me honor this transformational moment within myself. And let me practice with this.”

This is the way of the spiritual adept. This is the way of developing more compassion for yourself and for your relationship with suffering. It is an option for you to simply choose to end your relationship with suffering, much like choosing to practice or to choose Ascension.

It is not true that one must suffer to ascend. It is true that one must CHANGE to ascend. It is true that one must GROW to ascend. And it is certainly true that to become a master, one must DEVELOP MASTERY WITH DISCOMFORT. It is not discomfort saying, “Yes, I embrace it. Yes, it is intense. Yes, God is intense. Yes, Ascension is intense.”

It is very apparent that human beings are addicted to intensity through all their distractions—intense movies, books, and politics. Yet humanity has a complete aversion to FRUITFUL intensity in the body. “Let us make our women completely numb so they cannot feel their body giving birth.” How does this serve spiritual unfoldment? It does not.

So to truly master discomfort, you must develop the courage to KEEP GOING. The courage of the universe is yours. How does God keep expanding? Through love, which is courage. Lots of but it is absolutely guaranteed there will be injuries along the way. The adept says, “Goody, here we go again, time for more healing. Thank God I get to heal. Thank God I get to keep going with this. Thank God I have some idea of what this might be about.”

It is such a pleasure for the part of us that remembers being human to witness the student’s courage. It is time for everyone who reads this material to recognize that courage, to recognize that you already have compassion for yourself. It is time to turn that volume all the way up. It is time to say, “Yes, I will allow all the courage of the universe to be mine.” It is time for the student required that I SURRENDER WHEN I DISCOVER MYSELF SUFFERING.”

SURRENDER AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. That is the mantra of the spiritual adept: “I surrender. In this moment I choose surrender.” And then, of course, as the surrender occurs, the students are restored into that stillness, that purity of the heart, where once again they remember who they are. They remember God’s love. They remember their birthright to be love, to be God experiencing God through this precious vehicle called a human body, to be loved and to love. In that place whatever is on purpose for that student to be revealed will be revealed.

So the consciousness of the student begins to draw on the God power of divine love when the student says, “I will redesign my contextual experience of living life so that I will begin to see everything that is unfolding for me as the PERFECT OPPORTUNITY—not some exasperating circumstance that makes no sense.”

As that student begins that theme, she will be using everything from humor as a tool to exercises with breath, movement, and sound to discussions with like-minded individuals who can say, “Yes, I you go through this. I will hold this space so that you will develop more self-love as you embrace your circumstance. And I observe for you and with you that because you are choosing to embrace this

That is how a soul family operates. Family members recognize everything that is occurring is about those lessons. When the Two Marys walked on the Earth as women on a mission, they were exceedingly handicapped being women. Now in our expansion, of course, we understand how fabulous that we chose to be women walking with a Messiah.

How great that we could master our bodies so that we would completely understand our spiritual development from childbirth. We would then have the gift of being mothers letting our children break our hearts over and over and be women walking with an avatar that was at times loved and at times scorned. How perfect to master discomfort.

Now, students, look at your life anew and ask yourself, “How have I designed it perfectly to learn mastery with my body? Not that my body betrays me with injuries or diseases, but how have I actually set it up through those issues to potentially put myself in a position of mastery? Have I recognized that, or do I avert my inner vision from the simple truth that the lessons are showing me? Am I seeing it as a perfect masterpiece of creation? Am I able, even if it’s painful, to chuckle and say, wow, I sure set that up well so I could learn more mastery. Fabulous.

“How interesting that my mind wants to run down that wretched track in my brain where the only possible outcome will be suffering. How interesting that I can observe that and practice not going down that path and just be uncomfortable and return to my center and say I love myself even when I’m uncomfortable. I love myself as God even when it’s complete chaos in my body. I love myself no matter what I’m feeling.”

It is time for the students to see the perfection of their creation in every domain of their life, in every circumstance. “How is this teaching me trust, self-love, courage, and compassion for myself ?” Humans might think it is time to have more compassion for each other. That is not quite it. It is time for humans to have more compassion for THEMSELVES, which will then out picture as more compassion for each other. But it must start with them.

Students, create an inventory for yourself in the different domains of your life. Are you aware of what lessons permeate every domain of your life? Is it courage? Is it compassion for yourself ? Is it to have more trust in the chaos? What is the lesson you are currently experiencing? Start to proclaim your circumstances as perfect and be grateful for the lessons they are teaching you. You created them so you could test yourself, so you could learn your lessons. You are the master teacher.

The more you perceive, the more you gain detachment from the drama and the glamour of suffering. There is the belief in Western culture that it is somehow civilized to suffer. There is nothing civilized about suffering. If you are suffering, you are avoiding the lessons. You are avoiding practicing the tools from the tool kit, and you are being dishonest with yourself about universal law.

There is a term used in the human potential movement in your Western culture called “radical honesty.” The Two Marys endorse the idea of radical honesty, which in an ashram, mystery school, or a temple the word would not be required. Every student would understand that the only honesty is full honesty. But in your current culture, you need a word such as because it is radical to be honest. Of course, it has become radical to tell the truth in your culture.

So we recommend a radical form of honesty for yourself, one that is tempered with great compassion because your culture fosters all this deceit, pretentiousness, and inauthenticity. As a result, being honest with yourself about what you are doing, what you are creating, what you are resisting, and what you are experiencing is radical. As you read this, let that be a little uncomfortable. There is a reason it is uncomfortable. Everyone reading this understands it is not wise or honorable to be dishonest with yourself. It is a habit, a learned behavior. It is not fact based, and it doesn’t resonate with universal law. It is, in a bizarre way, an act or defiance. 

So we recommend that you make an inventory of your life and map it out according to such categories as your relationships, your physical health and well-being, your spiritual life, and your money/material concerns. You really want compassionate, rigorous honesty in these areas.

How fantastic a cocreator you are that you have created these challenges in one or more of these categories at this time! Why? For the purpose of painting yourself into a corner so that you could transform yourself into something more. How glorious! What an artist you are! What a masterpiece you have created! Acknowledge that. Love that about yourself. Look and ask yourself, “How am I doing? Am I embracing each lesson showing up in each category of my life?” There is always one lesson that is dominating each domain.

We recommend you do this process monthly. If you’re truly interested in your progress, each year review all twelve months to see where you’ve been to acknowledge your progress and to consider where might you want to go next. What do you want to happen next? What is your life calling for next? Contemplate that.

The Two Marys wish to inform students that they may derive compassion from various sources that they may not have conscious own spirit guides, angels and helpers; from the Christ Consciousness; from Gaia, who has gone before humanity and is actually in the leading edge of Ascension; from the compassion of nature; from the compassion of deceased spiritual masters; from the compassion of the animals. There is no end to the compassion available.

With radical honesty you will open yourself up to more and more compassion. At some point that compassion will move you to such depth that you will be permanently in touch with your spiritual destiny.

We want to acknowledge that no one reading this material gets for their ability to surrender, for their ability to keep going when the going gets rough. So now at this time we offer you our benediction, our love, and our certainty that because you chose and you have been chosen, you are the way, you are the light, you are the truth, and you are the peace that surpasses all understanding.

If we were in front of you now in physical form, we would give you a standing ovation. Please give yourself a standing ovation on our behalf. We invite you at this time to stand up, to cheer out loud, to hug yourself, and to congratulate yourself for your part in God’s plan, the Cosmic Consciousness, for your part in assisting in every aspect of the expansion.
